UITDesk features
Everything a RO e-Transport declaration needs, from the first Excel cell to the QR sheet the driver receives. No invoicing module, no GPS: just the UIT code, done right.
The declaration form, with a library
Partners, locations, vehicles and goods are saved once. Pick from the list and the form fills in everything it knows, without overwriting what you typed. The tariff code is searched in the Combined Nomenclature with the "?" button, and the transport organizer comes from the company page.
- Library of partners, locations, vehicles, goods
- CN code search, with descriptions
- Draft saved automatically, per company
- Confirmation with company name and tax number before sending
Bulk import from Excel or CSV
Download the template (RO, EN or RO-EN), fill in the Transports, Goods and Documents sheets and upload the file. Values are cleaned: "840 kg" becomes 840, "pcs" becomes H87, Greece "GR" becomes "EL", the CN code keeps its leading zero. What cannot be inferred stays an error, tied to its cell.
- Own template, with hints on every column
- Clean-up with a warning, not a refusal
- Rows grouped into declarations
- Fix in the screen, then revalidate
Validation against ANAF rules, before sending
The same official rules (Schematron, the BR rules) that ANAF applies, run in your screen before the declaration leaves. Messages are in English and Romanian and say exactly what to fix. We do not invent ANAF errors that do not exist.
- Official ANAF rules, applied locally
- Thresholds and deadlines from the law, with effective dates
- One field, one message: consequences of an error are not shown as new errors
Status tracked until "accepted"
ANAF issues the UIT code at upload, before the substantive check. The application asks for the status on its own at 5, 20 and 60 seconds after sending, when the dashboard opens and at login, and shows rejections with their message. A rejected declaration is resumed from the form, with the saved values.
- Automatic status checks
- Rejections shown with the reason
- An "Ask ANAF" button on any declaration
- "Compare with ANAF": your record against their list for the last 60 days
UIT sheet with QR, email, Excel register
After acceptance, the UIT sheet as PDF with a QR code goes automatically by email to the carrier or driver. The Excel register of all codes downloads at any time; ANAF keeps responses only 60 days, the record is yours.
- PDF sheet with QR, ready to print
- Automatic email with the code
- Excel register of codes and responses
Correct, delete, confirm, change the vehicle
The full lifecycle of a declaration, as buttons on the declaration in the list. Each message goes to ANAF separately and stays in the history with its response. The declaration is marked cancelled or confirmed only when ANAF accepts the message.
- Correction keeping the code
- Deletion with ANAF confirmation
- Vehicle change after departure
- Transport confirmation
Several companies, several people, roles
One digital certificate, all your companies. Owner, administrator, operator, extended operator; access per company, so a client or colleague sees only what is theirs. The journal remembers who did what and is never deleted.
- Companies in one account (per plan)
- Roles and access per company
- A journal that is never rewritten
- Activity report per account
ANAF authorisation, EU data, two environments
You authorise from the browser with your digital certificate; the application receives an OAuth token that it renews by itself, and the SPV right is checked on the spot. Tokens are encrypted in the database, the certificate password is never stored. Hetzner servers in Germany, daily backups verified by restoring them. Test and production, both at ANAF, no simulator.
- OAuth token renewed automatically
- SPV right checked right after authorisation
- Secrets encrypted, backups verified
- Test and production environments, both real
What UITDesk does not do, so you know upfront
- It does not transmit GPS data: that is the transport organizer's obligation, through the device in the vehicle.
- It does not issue invoices and is not an accounting program.
- It does not yet integrate with ERP or GPS platforms.
- There is no mobile app; the interface works on the phone, in the browser.
Frequently asked questions
Does it work without a digital certificate?
No. Any RO e-Transport declaration requires a qualified digital certificate with SPV rights. In UITDesk you use it once, at authorisation, from the browser; after that the application works with the OAuth token received from ANAF, which it renews by itself.
How many declarations can I send from one file?
As many rows as the file has: rows are grouped into declarations per transport, and each declaration is sent separately and gets its own code. Monthly limits are those of the plan: 45 UIT codes on Start, 100 on Plus, 200 on Multi-company, unlimited on a quote.
Can I work on the ANAF test environment?
Yes. The application has the test and the production environment, both at ANAF. A trial account chooses its environment from the account menu; a subscription works on production. There is no simulator: even in test, the codes come from ANAF.
Is the interface available in English?
Yes. The interface, the validation messages and the Excel template exist in English and Romanian. The declaration goes to ANAF exactly as it would from the Romanian portal.
How do I give access to a colleague or client?
From the Users screen: invite them by email, choose the role (operator, extended operator, administrator) and tick the companies they may access. They see only those companies, and everything they do stays in the journal under their name.
Your first UIT code in 5 minutes
Account, company, ANAF authorisation with your digital certificate, first declaration. 14 days free, no card.
The UIT code is issued by ANAF; the application requests it and tracks it until “accepted”.
