Simple pricing, no surprises

Prices exclude VAT. The proforma shows the amount in EUR and its equivalent in lei; the invoice is issued in lei at the National Bank rate of the invoice date, or in EUR, as you prefer.

Fill in the order with the company details, receive a proforma invoice by email and pay it by bank transfer. Once the payment arrives we activate the account (or switch it from trial to subscription) and issue the invoice, usually the same working day. No card, no automatic charges.

A declaration sent to ANAF that receives a UIT code. Corrections, deletions, confirmations and vehicle changes on the same code do not count. A rejected and resent declaration counts once.

Declarations are not blocked. We let you know when you approach the limit and discuss moving to the next plan or a volume offer from the following month. We prefer a phone call to an unsent declaration.

Any time. Moving to a bigger plan applies from the following month; cancelling takes effect at the end of the paid period, without penalties. Export your data first; the UIT codes you obtained remain valid with ANAF.

The 14-day trial is complete: one company, real UIT codes, every feature. No card required. At the end you choose a plan; if not, the account is deactivated and the data stays available for 90 days to download.
