The UIT sheet with QR, by email, in seconds
The PDF sheet goes automatically to the driver or dispatcher after acceptance. Code, route, vehicle, QR.
The UIT code must be on the documents when the driver is stopped. With UITDesk you obtain or receive it, put it on the QR sheet, change the truck when it breaks down, and keep the record at hand, not in the ANAF portal.

How to change the vehicle in RO e-Transport after departure: who sends the update, why the UIT code stays the same, and when a breakdown means redeclaring.
Read the guide →Who must declare RO e-Transport, by operation: importer, exporter, supplier, beneficiary, depositary, plus what the transport organizer and driver answer for.
Read the guide →GPS data in RO e-Transport: whose obligation it is, what OUG 29/2025 postponed, and why it stays separate from the UIT declaration and from your software.
Read the guide →Foreign carriers in RO e-Transport: who declares the UIT code when the shipper is not Romanian, what the driver carries, and how an EU company can delegate.
Read the guide →Usually not: the code is obtained by the declarant (supplier, beneficiary, warehouse keeper), and the carrier receives it and hands it to the driver. The carrier declares itself when it is also the supplier or the transport organizer with its own obligations. The "who must declare" guide covers each case.
You update the vehicle in the system, on the same UIT code, before any inspection. It is the only change allowed after departure and it is made by the transport organizer. In UITDesk it is the "Change vehicle" button on the declaration; the ANAF response stays in the history.
No. Positioning data leaves from the device in the vehicle, through a GPS provider, and is the transport organizer's obligation. UITDesk handles the declaration, the UIT code and their record.
Yes, if it declares itself (as a company registered with ANAF) or through its Romanian partner. Most often the Romanian declarant obtains the code and the carrier only needs it on the documents; the foreign carriers guide explains the options.
