What happens next
A few days before the end we let you know. You choose a plan on the pricing page, receive the proforma by email and, after payment, your trial account becomes a subscription with everything you worked on. If you do not choose, the account is deactivated and your data stays available for 90 days to download. UIT codes you obtained remain valid with ANAF.
Frequently asked questions
Are trial codes real?
Yes. There is no simulator: even in the trial, declarations go to ANAF, on the test or the production environment, as you choose from the account menu. A code obtained on production is a valid code for a real transport, with every obligation that comes with it.
Do I have to enter card details?
No. The trial does not ask for a card and does not turn into a subscription by itself. If you want to continue, you order a plan and pay on the basis of a proforma invoice, by bank transfer; the invoice follows the payment.
Can a foreign company try it?
Yes, as long as it is registered with ANAF for its Romanian operations and has SPV rights, or through its Romanian partner or tax representative. The interface and the support are in English.
What if I do not have the certificate at hand?
You can create the account and add the company without it; the certificate is needed only at ANAF authorisation, that is at the first submission. If a colleague or your accountant has it, you can invite them into the account to authorise.
What happens to my data after the trial?
It stays in the account for 90 days after deactivation, during which you can export it (Excel register, UIT sheets, database copy) or activate a subscription without losing anything. After 90 days it is deleted, except what we are legally required to keep.
