Can I declare for clients with my own certificate?
Yes, if you are authorised in the Virtual Private Space for each company. You authorise each company once, from UITDesk, with your certificate; ANAF checks the right on the tax number at every call, and the application tells you immediately if it is missing.
Can the client make their own declarations?
Yes. Invite them by email with the operator role and access only to their company. They see only that company, declare from the form or Excel, and you see everything they sent, in the journal, with the ANAF responses.
How do I avoid sending on the wrong company?
Before sending, the confirmation dialog shows the name and tax number of the selected company; the declaration does not leave until you confirm. Companies switch from the top selector, and each has its own draft.
What does it cost for several companies?
The Multi-company plan: EUR 90 per month for 6 companies and 200 UIT codes in total, with one administrator and 6 users. Beyond that, a volume quote. Excl. VAT, payment based on a proforma invoice.
