Genuinely connected to ANAF
There is no simulator. Two environments, test and production, both at ANAF. A UIT code only ever comes from ANAF, and the application says so everywhere.
About UITDesk
UITDesk came out of accounting, not out of software. The companies we worked for had to obtain UIT codes every day in the ANAF portal, one form per transport, the same details typed by hand every time. A declaration rejected after the code was already on the documents, a CN code without its leading zero, a truck changed without an update: each cost a day and, sometimes, a fine.
We built the application we wished we had: one that takes the declaration from the Excel we already have, checks it against ANAF rules before sending, tells us exactly what is wrong and in which cell, and keeps the record of every code with the ANAF response next to it.
It is offered as a service at app.uitdesk.ro since September 2026. Pricing is simple and we do not ask for a card to try it.
How we work
The law lives in data, not in code
Deadlines, thresholds and lists carry an effective date. GEO 41/2022 changed many times in three years; an old declaration can be re-judged by its own rules.
We clean instead of refusing
"840 kg" becomes 840, "pcs" becomes H87, with a warning. An error only where the value truly cannot be inferred. A field never gets two messages for the same mistake.
We do not invent ANAF errors
Every rule says where it comes from: official ANAF rules, value clean-up, our own checks. What is not in the Schematron is not presented as an ANAF error.
The data is yours
You are the controller, we are the processor. Export it any time; we delete it 90 days after you leave, we do not use it for anything else and do not pass it on.
We say what we do not do
We do not transmit GPS, we do not invoice, we do not integrate with ERPs yet. We would rather you hear it from us than from an inspection.
